We recommend installing an Air Injection Oxidizing Filter System(AIO)
Common issues might include:
-service needed to the filtration system.
-the bladder tank could be waterlogged.
-a leak somewhere.
-a stronger pump is needed to keep up with the demand for water.
-pressure switch needs to be adjusted/replaced.
-the sediment screens are clogged slowing the water flow down.
-the plumbing lines are not the correct size for the distance/number of water fixtures
I would recommend hiring a professional to replace your well pump. First, it would be better to let him/her diagnose the problem before you spend unnecessary money, it may not be the pump. Second, if it does turn out to be the well pump and you fail to take the proper steps, depending on the circumstance the well could be unusable or more expensive for the professional to fix.
Remember when dealing with electricity there is always an element of danger. If you are going to attempt to clean it out yourself I would recommend turning the power off, be sure it is off with a volt-meter or voltage tester. Most of the time issues related to the switch come from the 8 points not making a proper connection to one another. Remember when in doubt, call a professional the money you save by doing it yourself is not worth getting injured or dying for.
